Is it illegal to show pictures of military members, in full service dress, without their permission?
My father is the owner of the company Revolver Amps. Well some guy stole some parts from him and then to ruin his company name filed a claim with a website RipOffReport something or other and posted a picture of me father and I at BM.T. graduation. I was in full service dress with my name tag showing and all. The fact that the guy is apparently a low life is one thing but to bring the United States Air Force in to play makes me feel outraged. I was wondering if there was any type of law violation going on here so that I could have the scum bags of ripoffreport remove my picture. If none the less I’ll be going down to the legal office and talking with them when I get back from Iraq. Thank you for your time!
What are they saying about you and your father? If they are saying anything that is not true you could possibly sue for libel and if your business has declined because of this you could possibly sue for loss for wages.
