My hair is dyed black and I need a good hair stylist to strip the color and put back my natural color brown?
but I need somebody who is good with color I have reddish brown natural hair but want to have nice blond highlights with no brassy color. Anybody know a good stylist to recommend in Huntington Beach Calif.? Thank you
